Start Export Process :
STEP 1 : Launch PDS PST Converter.
STEP 2 : Click Select Outlook PST on Open Dialog. Add File and Folder select to Outlook PST file for conversion. Click Add File if you know location of the PST file. Or, click Add Folder to search the PST if its location is unknown.
STEP 3 : Next, Click Convert to initiate PST conversion process. The software is converting the PST file. The estimated conversion duration depends upon the size of Outlook PST File.
STEP 4 : After conversion is completed, the software previews the Outlook mailbox folders in the Left pane. You can Browse and Select mailbox items by selecting individual folders.
STEP 5 : Select the folder(s) for conversion and click Export Button. A pop-up screen will appear with file formats to save the extracted mailbox data. Select PST and click Browse. Click OK to save the mailbox items
STEP 6 : The progress bar will display current progress status of the file saving process.
