Export to Outlook PST or Others File Format
PDS Zimbra Converter proper working and export to outlook PST, EML, MSG, MBOX, HTML, PDF file format.
Start Export Process :
STEP 1 : Launch PDS Zimbra Converter.
STEP 2 : Click Select Zimbra TGZ File on Open Dialog. Add File and Folder select to Zimbra TGZ file for conversion. Click Add File if you know location of the TGZ file. Or, click Add Folder to search the PST if its location is unknown.
STEP 3 : Next, Click Convert to initiate Zimbra TGZ File conversion process. The software is converting into Outlook PST file format. The estimated conversion duration depends upon the size of Zimbra TGZ File.
STEP 4 : After conversion is completed, the software previews the Zimbra mailbox folders in the Left pane. You can Browse and Select mailbox items by selecting individual folders.
STEP 5 : Select the folder(s) for conversion and click Export Button. A pop-up screen will appear with file formats to save the extracted mailbox data. Select Zimbra TGZ File and click Browse. Click OK to save the mailbox items
STEP 6 : The progress bar will display current progress status of the file saving process.
